These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Salaria platform (salaria.top), operated by JAIDAX. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — please do not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the Salaria platform available at salaria.top.
  • User — any individual registered on the platform.
  • Operator — JAIDAX, the company operating the Salaria platform.

2. Registration and Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service (18 years for residents of certain EU countries).
  • You must provide a valid email address upon registration.
  • You are responsible for the security of your password.
  • One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to block accounts that violate these terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your chosen plan.

Prohibited:

  • Violation of applicable jurisdiction laws.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to platform systems.
  • Distribution of malicious software.
  • Use of automated tools for mass data collection (scraping).
  • Bypassing technical limits of your plan.
  • Reselling access to the service to third parties without written permission.

4. Pricing and Payment

The service is provided on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on the pricing page.

Payment is made in advance. Refunds are issued in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) — within 14 days of first payment, provided the service has not been used.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, including code, design, trademarks, belong to the Operator (JAIDAX).

Content created by users with the service belongs to the user. The Operator claims no rights to user content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Salaria uses advanced AI models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.

The service is an educational and productivity tool. It does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, nor to EU consumer rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. For EU users, consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If not resolved — in court at the Operator's location, unless otherwise required by EU law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means acceptance.
