Cookie & Tracking Technology Policy

Effective Date: May 20, 2026 Last Updated: May 20, 2026

This Policy explains how JAIDAX ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") uses local storage, tracking scripts, and device signals on the Salaria computing platform (salaria.top) and its APIs. By accessing Salaria or interacting with our infrastructure, you agree to these data-storing practices.

1. No Third-Party Advertising

Salaria is built on a privacy-first foundation. We strictly enforce No Third-Party Advertising:

  • No Data Brokering — We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
  • Your Data Stays Yours — Your metadata and workspace interactions are never sold or exposed to ad networks like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Amazon Ads.
  • Compliance Exceptions — The only third-party services we permit are certified consent management platforms (such as Cookiebot), whose sole purpose is to ensure compliance with your privacy rights under GDPR and ePrivacy. All other tracking metrics are self-hosted on securely isolated servers controlled by JAIDAX.

2. Core Storage and Security

  • Cookies — Small data structures stored in your browser to maintain your session.
  • Web Storage (sessionStorage / localStorage) — Client-side storage for ultra-low-latency data retrieval, which reduces backend load and keeps the UI fast.
  • Device Signals & IP Analysis — We check basic browser and network characteristics exclusively to detect abuse, enforce our Single-Account Policy, and ensure fair resource access for everyone.

3. Technical Infrastructure

A. Strictly Necessary Storage (Always Enabled)

These are structurally mandatory for authentication and platform security. They do not require prior user consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive.

KeyTypeLifespanPurpose
salaria_atsessionStorage / localStorage7 DaysAuthentication: Stores the JSON Web Token (JWT) needed for user identity validation and API authorization.
salaria_rtsessionStorage / localStorage1–30 DaysSession Continuity: Retains the refresh token to keep you logged in without constant manual re-authentication.
salaria_rmlocalStoragePersistentRemember Me: Stores your preference to stay logged in, set only when you explicitly check "Remember Me" at login.
salaria_preferenceslocalStoragePersistentInterface Settings: Saves UI preferences like dark/light theme to render the platform exactly as you want.

B. Analytical Performance Infrastructure

We use privacy-compliant, self-hosted analytics to monitor system health and improve the platform. All analytics data is processed on our own infrastructure.

KeyTypeLifespanPurpose
PlausibleZero-CookieSessionCookieless, aggregated page routing data without tracking individual users or writing to local disk.
UmamiZero-CookieSessionCookieless usage diagnostics, hosted entirely on JAIDAX hardware.

4. Abuse Prevention & Usage Credit Integrity

As outlined in our Terms of Service, Salaria allocates internal computational credits ("Energy") to users. To maintain fair access and prevent automated abuse (like scripted multi-accounts or VPN circumvention), we integrate basic tracking into our integrity infrastructure:

  • Geo-Routing & Telemetry — We use IP-based checks (like MaxMind GeoIP2) and browser signals to verify regional eligibility and enforce our Single-Account Policy.
  • Anomaly Detection — Deliberate attempts to spoof or block essential security parameters (salaria_at, salaria_rt) may trigger an automated account review or revoke promotional credits.

5. Platform Updates

If Salaria adds supplementary first-party tracking or self-hosted error logging in the future, it will remain bound by our No Third-Party Advertising policy and this document will be updated.

6. User Governance & Browser-Level Controls

You maintain full control over your local storage data. You can view, modify, or clear these parameters at any time through your browser's developer tools or privacy settings.

⚠️ Note: Clearing or blocking Essential storage components (salaria_at and salaria_rt) will end your active session and require you to log in again. Persistent blocking will prevent platform authentication entirely.
